Inspiration: Herbal Tea Iced Pops
In our journey of discovery of the many ways we can use and enjoy herbal teas we came across a summer delight: iced pops. Of course plain frozen herbal tea is not the most delicious treat, so we set about finding a recipe that is both healthy and tasty at the same time.
To make these, you will first need to choose the blend of your choice. Use 1-2 tablespoons of tea to prepare an infusion, either warm and let it cool down, or an overnight cold brew. When your tea is either ready or chilled, add lemon or other juice of your choice to the blend. If you prefer your iced pops sweet, add also honey or a vegan alternative such as syrup.
Use ice pop molds to form them and keep them in the freezer for a couple of hours.
