A calming herbal tea
A large portion of wild thyme, scented linden flowers and leaves, rose petals, lavender and heather blooms make up for a mind soothing infusion. Each ingredient has throughout the years been traditionally used for moments of stress or anxiety. It can be enjoyed throughout the day or the evenings.
This recipe was designed and hand blended in Sweden, and it is fully natural (without any added flavours or colours).
- 1 teaspoon per 250ml hot water, or 1 tablespoon per 500 ml. Let it infuse for 5-6 minutes.
- Add honey or syrup for a dash of sweetness and a slice of citrus for a bit of tartness if preferred. To make the most of this blend and its functions it is recommended to drink 3 cups per day (250 ml)
- Our tip: Herbal teas are always a good idea when you have a cold, and this one is no exception.
