Mood-lifting Herbal Tea
Feeling down is such a natural part of our lives, but hey, sometimes we need to chase the blues away. We borrowed traditional wisdom on how to prepare a blend that will lift our spirits up. With a big portion of St John's Wort, equal part of sage and basil, and a sprinkle of heavenly scented lavender, we put together this blend that has great potential to be the rainbow of our rainy days.
This recipe was designed and hand blended in Sweden, and it is fully natural (without any added flavours or colours)
- 1 teaspoon per 250ml hot water, or 1 tablespoon per 500 ml. Let it infuse for 7-8 minutes.
- Add honey or syrup for a dash of sweetness and a slice of citrus for a bit of tartness if preferred. Recommended 2-3 cups per day (250 ml)
- Important: Please consult your doctor before consuming this blend, as some of the ingredients can interact with prescription medication. Avoid consumption before being exposed to full sun, as it can cause skin sensitivity. Do not consume if pregnant.
