Spiced superberry fruit and herbal tea
This blend was created as an antioxidant bliss for long and cold winter nights. We don't just sprinkle a few berries into this mix, we generously pour them to maximise the benefit of drinking one or several cups a day. A large dose of rosehips, aronia berries, blueberries, hibiscus flowers, seasoned with flagrant fennel seeds, cloves, and orange peel.
This recipe was designed and hand blended in Sweden, and it is fully natural (without any added flavours or colours)
1.5 teaspoons per 250ml hot water, or 1 tablespoon per 500 ml. Let it infuse for 8-10 minutes.
Hibiscus and berries are a great option for preparing a cold infusion. This can be done in bigger volumes too.
Soak 1-2 tablespoons of the mix (depending on the strength you want) per 1 liter cold/room temperature water and leave it to infuse overnight (10-12 hours).
Keep the infusion in the fridge up to 3 days or transfer it to your water bottle and sip it throughout the day.
There is no plastic here. The bag and label are fully compostable.
