An evening herbal tea blend
Follow your dreams both figuratively and literally. A mix of chamomile, linden flowers and leaves, heather blossoms, and lemon balm make up this sleepy blend. Its mild sedative effect means it's best consumed late in the evening before bed time.
This recipe was designed and hand blended in Sweden, and it is fully natural (without any added flavours or colours)
- 1 teaspoon per 250ml hot water, or 1 tablespoon per 500 ml. Let it infuse for 7-8 minutes.
- Add honey or syrup for a dash of sweetness if preferred.
- Recommended 2 cups per evening (250 ml)
- 40% chamomile
- 40% lemon balm
There is no plastic in our products. The bag and label are fully compostable.
