A refreshing herbal tea with hibiscus and berries
This blend is a perfect herbal tea for long summer nights and is designed primarily to be prepared as a cold drink. Magic Summer Nights is a mix of early summer berries (mulberries, redcurrants), beautifully red hibiscus flowers with the added fresh flavour of ginger. It is a blend that is rich in antioxidants and vitamins. We pictured jugs of refreshing iced tea in the cool summer evenings or the perfect cold brew to take with on picnics or long walks in nature.
1 tablespoon per 250ml hot water, or 2 tablespoons per 500 ml. Let it infuse for 8-10 minutes.
Hibiscus and berries are a great option for preparing a cold infusion. This can be done in bigger volumes too.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of the mix (depending on the strength you want) per 1 liter cold/room temperature water and leave it to infuse overnight (10-12 hours).
Keep the infusion in the fridge up to 3 days or transfer it to your water bottle and sip it throughout the day.
Add honey or syrup for a dash of sweetness if preferred. When prepared cold it works well with any other fruit you might want to add. Recommended 3-4 cups of days (250 ml)
There is no plastic here. The bag and label are fully compostable.
